Seiichi Kawamura is currently based in the US silicon valley area, leading APAC peering strategy and global coordination at Google. Prior to joining Google, Seiichi was a senior network architect at an ISP in Japan. His past experiences in community coordination include JANOG (JApan Network Operators’ Group) chair, ISOC local chapter leadership role, and the current role as working group member of the Peering Asia conference. He is the lead organizer of the book “Peering Chronicles of Japan” published in 2022.
